Taking care of our clothes is simple and will make the garments last longer and look better but, sometimes, there are small everyday details that we inadvertently do wrong.

• Wash by hand or machine with cold water 30° C.
• Use neutral soap or detergent.
• Do not use chlorine or bleach.
• Do not squeeze.
• Dry in the shade by hanging in the shade.
• Use iron at low temperature 110° C.

Return Policy

Our return or exchange policy is flexible so that you have the opportunity to receive your product and if you don't like it, return it. We only ask that you do not cut the original labels and do not use the garment or item since it will not be in optimal conditions to validate your guarantee.

If we make the wrong size due to human error, we will send you a courtesy guide so that you can only request a collection from the parcel and they will pick up your item, meanwhile we will send you the correct garment in the shortest time possible.

Only one change is allowed at no cost, if a new change is needed if it is possible to do so, but the extra cost to cover is $199 MXN for shipping.

The maximum period to receive your request is 30 calendar days, having made the notification or change request within the first 72 hours of receiving your order, which is sufficient time to know if you will keep the item.

Outside of this period there are no changes.

Shipping Policy

At Fitters Originals Store we deliver to all states of the Mexican Republic, however, there are some zip codes where, at the moment, parcels do not have coverage.

But do not worry! In the event that your delivery cannot be completed due to this situation, we will contact you.

Don't forget that free shipping applies exclusively to Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and La Paz, BCS. If this option is not available at the end of your purchase, please try a different delivery address. Remember that coverage can change.
